Tiscali is maybe the best known bronze age village of Sardinia.
Walk to Tiscali, a natural crater in the top of a mountain, from carsic origin. This means that it wasn't formed through vulcanic activity but it originated as a cave, that eventually partially collapsed. This way the concave walls offered protection throughout the ages to different tribes of people.
Tiscali is best appreciated for the panoramic hike and for the extraordinary place and micro-climate in the so called "Dolina", in short for its natural aspects, not for its archeological interest as there's not much left standing of the man-made stone shelters.
If possible we always attempt to make a round-walk so that you get to enjoy the area and nature at its best.
